Safety is our first priority. It involves the active participation of all employees. Through a program that includes jobsite risk assessments, safety orientation, activity risk training, safety talks and site inspections, we strive to minimize safety risks and avoid injuries. At Bot, these efforts are coordinated through our dedicated Safety Department and supported by on-site supervisors, Joint Health and Safety Committees and by all employees.
Our Quality Management System (QMS) is a core element of every project we undertake. Built on the 'plan-do-check-act' method, dedicated staff systematically administers our QMS program on every jobsite, measuring and assessing our quality achievements daily. For us, meeting and exceeding technical standards and continuously improving our performance are critical measures of our success. |

We embrace our commitment to environmental stewardship with the same systematic approach that solidified our reputation for quality. Through our Environmental Management System (EMS) we plan and monitor our work to include measures to protect the natural environment and to minimize impacts to people and communities during construction operations.
Bot Construction Group is honoured to be named the 2012 Winner of the ORBA Green Leadership and Sustainability Award, in recognition of our EMS program. In 2011, our green leadership achievements on Highway 8 at Kitchener/Waterloo were recognized by this same award program in its inaugural year.
