Raised in the construction business from an early age, Silvio Bot's sons and daughter are now at the helm of this business.

		The President, Roy M. Bot, earned his Civil Engineering degree from MacMaster University in Hamilton in 1981. His Professional Engineer designation was obtained in 1984. His Gold Seal designation from the Canadian Construction Association was obtained in 1998.
		Vice-President, Steve R. Bot, earned his Civil Engineering degree from Carleton University in Ottawa in 1985. His Professional Engineer designation was obtained in 1988. His Gold Seal designation from the Canadian Construction Association was obtained in 1998.
		Executive Administrator, Nancy A. Mercanti earned her Economics degree from Laurentian University in Sudbury in 1987 and is President of the Silvio Bot Charitable Foundation.
