Highway 410, Derry Road Underpass and Mayfield Road Underpass

Bot is the general contractor for the rehabilitation of two bridge structures at Hwy 410/Derry Road and Hwy 410/Mayfield Road, including concrete repairs to bridge decks, barrier walls, and sidewalks; structural steel repairs; replacement of expansion joints; installation of deck waterproofing; and new asphalt wearing surfaces.

Other works include new electrical, concrete curbs, sidewalks, pavement markings and updated traffic safety. This $12.8M contract is being delivered using the bid-build procurement model. The main project works include the full rehabilitation of the Derry Road Bridge and minor rehabilitation of the Mayfield Road Bridge, both over Highway 410. The works will be completed in stages to minimize traffic disruptions. Construction began in June 2025 with completion planned for November 2026.
