A major Design Build Finance Maintain (DBFM) project for the extension and widening of Highway 427 over 10.6 km, serving York Region and the City of Vaughan, and a critical link in the south-central Ontario transportation network.

Bot Infrastructure Limited is a member of the LINK427 Construction Joint Venture delivering the Highway 427 Expansion.

Key Elements:

  • Construction of a new eight lane extension of Hwy 427 over 6.6 km
  • Widening of existing Hwy 427 from four to eight lanes over 4 km
  • 19 structures, including 13 new structures for mainline crossings, 2 rail overpass crossings, and 4 structures over water
  • Rehabilitation of 12 existing structures
  • Grading, excavation and surfacing works
  • Widening and realighment of ramps for (Hwy 7, Finch Ave., Albian Road., Steeles Ave. Rutherford Rd., Langstaff Ave.)
  • Utilities relocation and protection, retaining walls, temporary works, electrical systems and landscaping
