Four-lane twinning of Highway 7 and new adjacent service roads, over 15 km, easterly from 2.8 km west of County Road 17 to 12.7 km east of County Road 17, including structures over water and for new interchanges at Ashton Station and Dwyer Hill Roads.

  • Removal of bridge superstructure and substructure
  • 2 span, structural steel tub girder underpass structure at Alston Station Road

  • Pedestrian Trail tunnel (RRS and cast-in place ) under Highway 7 EBL and WBL
  • Storm water management features, sewer and water, electrical, telecommunications, road way lighting, signage, removal and replacement of asphalt paving, landscaping
