| Key Responsibilities: |
- Lead and direct project construction teams and support staff
- Plan and coordinate the construction schedule and works
- Oversee the efficient and effective allocation of labour, equipment and engineering needs of the project
- Ensure all works meet applicable construction standards, schedule completion and other contract requirements
- Manage the at-construction budget and estimating functions
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with project partners and stakeholders
- Manage/negotiate Change Orders and subcontractor services and materials supply to the project
- Represent the company in dealings with owners, business partners, agencies and other stakeholders
- Ensure the health & safety and environmental protection requirements of the project are integrated into construction activities and are adhered to

| Skills/Requirements: |
- Minimum 10 years progressive experience in highway/transportation infrastructure construction, with 5 years in a manager/supervisory role
- Demonstrated ability to lead and direct construction teams, analyse issues and bring innovative solutions to achieving work plan objectives
- Strong knowledge of applicable standards, means and methods of construction
- Excellent communication skills
- CCA Gold Seal Certification; Degree/diploma in civil engineering/civil engineering technology or comparable career experience

| Key Responsibilities: |
- Plan and coordinate at-construction engineering activities, under the direction of the Project Manager/Superintendent
- Ensure engineering activities comply with contract requirements and support the overall construction schedule
- Manage related personnel functions and activities
- Provide technical support for construction works including; constructability reviews, planning and design support, interpretation of drawings, selection of construction methods, document design issues
- Develop, implement and administer project engineering procedures
- Represent company at meetings with owners, other agencies and stakeholders, as required
- Work with all on-site personnel, as required, to identify and resolve issues, ensure quality construction and support the overall project schedule and goals
- Support and confirm performance of the health & safety and environmental protection requirements of the work

| Skills/Requirements: |
- Minimum 5 years experience in highway construction
- Degree/Diploma in civil engineering/civil engineering technology
- Proficiency with AutoCAD/ related software
- Demonstrated ability to apply strong engineering skills at the jobsite level
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead construction teams
